Most clients prefer a fixed monthly fee — it's predictable, transparent, and free from surprise costs. Prefer ad hoc support? We can also work on an hourly basis for bookkeeping, BAS lodgement, or payroll services. No matter what you choose, we'll create a pricing structure that works for you.

What bookkeeping and accounting software do you use or support?

We work with all major platforms — Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks (QBO), and Reckon. As certified partners with each provider, we help you choose the right software for your needs, based on functionality, ease of use, and budget. How quickly can I get started with bookkeeping or payroll services?

In most cases, we can begin within 24 hours of signing your engagement letter! Once you accept our proposal, we'll schedule a welcome session, collect any necessary info (like access to your software or bank feeds), and get your onboarding underway — efficiently and smoothly.

Will I have a dedicated bookkeeper for my business?

Yes — and more. You'll have a full support team. From day one, you're introduced to your dedicated team, including:
